What Happens If You Disconnect Mid Round
A dropped line on iCrown is not a void button. If the spin, the hand, or the bet already left your phone, the server keeps the result. Reopen once, read history, and leave that round alone until a result shows.

Screen froze
A frozen frame is not a result. History is. Do not spin again while you wait.
Round already sent
If the bet was accepted, it settles on the server. Closing the tab does not cancel it.

What counts
A Disconnect Is a Drop, Not a Refund
Mobile data dies in a lift. Cafe wifi blinks. The tab reloads. The phone locks and the stream stops. An idle lobby can also sign you out. Each of those is a disconnect. None of them voids a round that the server already took.
Slots
Open slots again on the same login. If the spin already left the reels, the result is stored. Look for that round in history before you place another bet. A freeze on the glass is not a void unless support confirms the round never landed.
Live casino
Live casino keeps dealing when your picture stops. Cards already dealt stay dealt. Rejoin the same table if the seat is still open. If it is gone, read the result in history. Do not sit a second table to “replace” the hand.
Sports and esports
Read the slip yourself on sports betting or esports betting. A confirmed bet does not cancel because wifi blinked. A bet that never confirmed is not on the book. Check the open bets list once. Do not send the same slip twice.

What a Message Can Fix
Support can find a credit when the server recorded a win you did not see. Support cannot void a settled spin because the symbols were wrong for you. A confirmed sports or esports slip is not cancelled after the match has started.
